WARRANTY & BATTERY SERVICE
For warranty related service, including battery replacement, please complete a Service & Warranty Request form and include it with your watch. The completed form is required to obtain warranty and service support. Package your watch with the completed form and mail it to:

Service Time: All watches sent in for service can take up to 30 days. Once service is completed, a tracking number will be emailed to the account on file.
Note: Custom built watches are not available for return, refund, or exchange. All other orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Caution: If you choose to have another person or service provider change the battery during the warranty period it will void the warranty.
