WARRANTY & BATTERY SERVICE
For warranty related service, including battery replacement, please complete a Service & Warranty Request form and include it with your watch. The completed form is required to obtain warranty and service support. If the Service & Warranty Request form is not included, we will be unable to service and return your watch. Package your watch with the completed form and mail it to:

Service Time: All watches sent in for service can take up to 30 days.
Once a watch has been received for service and assessed by our team, you will be notified of issues identified and invoiced for services needed performed if not covered under warranty policy. Once service is completed, a tracking number will be emailed to the account on file. If your warranty has expired
WATER DAMAGE SERVICE
All S&B™ Watches are required to pass a Water Resistance Test during our assembly and QC process before being delivered to customers once purchased. Water damage is not covered in the S&B™ Watches Warranty and all service required due to water damage will be invoiced after being assessed by our team.
Caution: If you choose to have another person or service provider change the battery during the warranty period it will void the warranty.
S&B™ Watches does not cover the shipping fee for watches out of warranty.
