The New Ambush is coming back, better than before.

December 13, 2019

The New Ambush is coming back, better than before.

In 2014 we released our Ambush watch, which quickly became one of our most popular watches. Our team worked side by side with a Swiss movement manufacture to develop the perfect movement for our Ambush watch line. Unfortunately in late 2017, the movement manufacture announced its sudden closing and bankruptcy... Due to this unforeseen circumstance we were forced to discontinue the Ambush watch line, as we were no longer able to have access to the movements that powered this great watch.

Due to the high request for the Ambush, our team has been working hard to bring back a new and improved model. After assessing countless movement manufacturers, we were able to find the perfect partner to work with for the Ambush 2.0! The movement manufacture we partnered with is located in Japan, and they were able to develop a new Ambush movement that is superior to the original and has even more functions!

Our team has put this new movement through rigorous testing and we are very confident that you will be impressed with this upgraded movement. After finalizing the new movement, we made some modifications to the Ambush case, and are proud to release the Ambush 2.0!

The Ambush 2.0 includes all of the original Ambush functions you all loved, and then some!

1) Amazing and crisp OLED display

2) Stop watch function

3) Dual time in digital and an analog time that has 3 time zones

4) Alarm feature

5) Full compass with programming of your declination. The compass is spot on!

The new Ambush 2.0 also features a pedometer. The improved home screen will display day of the week, date, and temperature reading. Another design function you will notice is we no longer have a traditional crown, it is now a push Botton mechanical advancement to set the time.

The Ambush 2.0 will come standard on a metal bracelet and also includes a NATO strap. We have increased the size of the Ambush by 4mm to a 48mm, as we received several request over the years for a larger model. Additionally, you will not the case is slightly thicker to accommodate the new movement.

Our team is pleased to announce that we have finalized the design of all parts and are now ready to move into production for the Ambush 2.0. We can't wait to get one of these on your wrist!

Be sure to keep your eyes open for a short presale of the Ambush 2.0 in the next few days. This presale will be limited to a small number of customers, and you will not want to miss the opening price of this watch!

**We did find during our testing period that the temperature reading was off in degrees while using the NATO strap**

Initial impressions are great. Solidly built, and looks great. The combination of functions is right on the mark. I pretty much don’t take it off. It has become my goto watch.
